Cancellation & Deposit Policy

What the deposit is for

A deposit secures your planning slot once your enquiry is reviewed and accepted. It reserves the time we set aside to research and design your itinerary, and is deducted from your total planning fee. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

Deposit by package

Cancellations

If you cancel before we begin research and drafting on your itinerary, we’ll refund your deposit in full, less any payment processing costs incurred. Once planning work has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers the time and research already committed to your trip. If you need to cancel after delivery has begun, contact us — we’ll always look at the specifics of your situation.

Changing your dates or destination

Minor changes to dates, group size or preferences can usually be accommodated within your existing revision allowance. A significant change — a different destination, a much longer trip, or a change in scope — may require a revised quote and, in some cases, an additional deposit to cover the extra planning time.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, shown in the table above. Revisions cover adjustments to the itinerary we’ve already delivered — swapping recommendations, adjusting pacing, or refining based on your feedback. An extra revision round beyond your package allowance can be added for £35.

Express delivery

72-hour and 48-hour express delivery add-ons prioritise your itinerary in our schedule but remain subject to availability at the time of your enquiry, particularly for complex, multi-destination or Ultra-Luxe trips.
